Why can’t you use Granite Ware on glass cooktops?
Only use Granite Ware pots and pans with completely flat bottoms on glass cooktops. When using pots/pans whose bottoms are not completely flat, excessive heat can build up between the cooktop and the pot/pan and the cooktop can crack. Also, some glass cook tops do not generate enough heat to safely can.
