What is AT order number?
Order number You’ll find your order number on emails about your order (be sure to check your Spam folder), recent bills, AT receipts, and other order paperwork. Or, sign in to see all your order numbers.
How long does it take ATT to ship an order?
Total shipping time from receipt of a Completed Order is 3 to 7 business days for shipment via standard and 1 to 3 business days for shipment via expedited shipping service.
Where do AT orders ship from?
It will ship from China, almost always Zhengzhou, and arrive at an AT warehouse. From there it will sit until it is ordered, and will ship from either Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas (usually) or Memphis, Tennessee.
Does AT ship with FedEx or UPS?
Yes. AT has an account with FedEx and users can ship from a FedEx Office by providing the AT FedEx account number. All tracking is through FedEx and billing will appear on the AT FedEx bill.
What does AT order in progress mean?
In progress means that your order is being prepared. Due to the current pandemic, orders may experience a little delay. Once shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your package is on its way.
