What is the difference between Sphero and sphero mini?
Sphero Mini is new for 2017, it’s a smaller version of Sphero with some cost reductions to make it more affordable. Sphero is still programmable with Sphero EDU (support for Swift Playgrounds has not been announced at time of writing.) Sphero Mini has a shell that opens so that you can plug the device in for charging.
Can Sphero BOLTs enter water?
Yes! BOLT is waterproof (as pictured above) and ready for aquatic adventures. BOLT has a tough plastic shell that protects the inside electronics. Since BOLT has wireless, inductive charging, there are no charging ports for liquid to get into.
