Why wont my pictures upload to Snapfish?
An uploading error can occur when uploading a large quantity of images. We recommend that you try uploading smaller batches such as 50-100 images at a time. Also, the upload process will stall if the app is closed during the upload process or if you have a network interuption during uploading.
Can you upload PNG files to Shutterfly?
Note that Shutterfly currently accepts JPG or JPEG, BMP and PNG file formats (HEIC and HEIF files are accepted via the app only and are converted to JPG at upload) Some additional quick tips: Upload first, then crop! If you want to crop your photo, we recommend doing so after uploading the original to Shutterfly.
Does Snapfish PNG?
Snapfish supports almost all JPG/JPEG and PNG images produced by modern cameras and smartphones. This excludes certain JPG file types such as JPEG2000 (or JP2). If any of your images don’t fit our standards, you’ll be alerted. In addition, there is currently a 10GB limit per upload.
Can Snapfish use HEIC files?
At this time, HEIC images can only be uploaded via the mobile app. If you want to upload HEIC online, you’ll need to convert to JPG prior to upload. We hope to offer online upload for these images in the future and we apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.
Why can’t I upload HEIC photos to Shutterfly?
Just go to Settings and then access Photos on your iOS device. Then, scroll down, and you’ll see the Transfer to Mac or PC section. The reason why you see HEIC files on your PC is that the Keep Originals setting is on. Now, your photos will be ready to upload to Shutterfly.

How do I upload photos from my phone to Snapfish?
When the app home page opens, tap the menu icon on the upper left and then sign into your Snapfish account. Tap MY PHOTOS in the center of the screen. To upload photos from your mobile device, tap the individual photos you want, or tap the check mark on right of a date to choose all photos for that specific date.
